Founded in 1933, Turkish Airlines is Turkey’s flag carrier and a full-service international airline notable for one of the world’s most extensive country-level networks. Strengths include broad connectivity through Istanbul, a modern fleet, competitive pricing on many routes, well-regarded business-class products and hub lounges, and strong cargo operations. Weaknesses include occasional inconsistency in onboard and ground service, punctuality and transfer congestion at peak times.
