Yakutia Airlines, founded in 1992, is the regional carrier of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, operating domestic routes and selected international services in Northeast Asia. Advantages include a focused regional network, competitive fares on domestic sectors and service adapted to local travel needs. Disadvantages are limited frequencies on long routes, variable punctuality and more basic onboard amenities than major international carriers. It operates as a regional full-service airline rather than a low-cost carrier and is not currently listed with a Skytrax rating.
