Answers to frequently asked questions about searching for and booking flights, plus support after purchase.

How Flaut.Travel works

Flaut.Travel helps you find and compare offers. The airline or travel agency takes over when you choose where to book.

On Flaut.Travel
  • Search for flights

Enter your departure and arrival points, dates, number of passengers, and travel class.

  • Refine your search

Use filters, sorting, and fare details to find the most suitable option.

  • Choose an offer

Select the flight and seller that work best for you.

The booking responsibility changes here

Flaut.Travel does not receive your payment or create a booking. From this point, the airline or agency is your seller and support contact.

On the airline or travel agency website
  • Continue to the seller

We send you to the selected airline or agency website.

  • Book and pay there

Confirm the details and pay the seller directly.

  • Manage with the seller

The seller handles tickets, changes, refunds, and booking extras.

Using Flaut.Travel

Flaut.Travel is a flight metasearch service. We search offers from airlines and travel agencies and display them together so you can compare prices and options. When you choose an offer, we send you to the seller's website to complete the booking.

No. Flaut.Travel does not sell or issue airline tickets. Your ticket is sold by the airline or travel agency shown before you leave Flaut.Travel.

Search for your route and dates, compare the available offers, and choose one. You will continue to the airline's or agency's website. Check the passenger details, fare rules, baggage, currency, and final price there before you pay.

Flight prices and availability can change quickly. The seller updates the final price when you open its website, and extras, currency conversion, or payment fees may also affect the total. Always check the final amount and fare conditions before paying.

After booking

The seller is the airline or travel agency where you entered passenger details and paid. Its name should appear on the checkout page, confirmation email, ticket receipt, or bank statement. That company owns and manages the booking.

Most sellers send a confirmation within 15–30 minutes, although ticket issuance can sometimes take up to 24 hours. Check your inbox, spam folder, and booking status, and do not pay again while the status is unclear. If 24 hours have passed, or your flight departs within 24 hours, contact the seller immediately with your order or booking reference. Flaut.Travel cannot find or resend the ticket because we do not receive payment or booking details.

Contact the airline or travel agency that sold the ticket. Eligibility, fees, and timelines depend on its fare rules. Flaut.Travel cannot approve or process a refund or exchange because we did not issue the ticket.

Contact the seller as soon as possible. Name and document corrections depend on the airline's rules and may involve a fee or a new ticket. Flaut.Travel cannot edit passenger data in a seller's booking.

Follow the instructions from the seller or airline in your notification and contact the seller if you need an alternative or refund. Only the company managing the booking can confirm your options. Check the flight status with the airline before travel.

Use the airline's or agency's Manage booking area with your booking reference (PNR) and passenger name, or contact the seller. Availability and fees for baggage and seats vary. Check-in is normally handled by the operating airline.

Payments

No. Payment takes place on the airline's or travel agency's website. Flaut.Travel does not collect card details, charge your card, or have access to the seller's payment system.

First check that your details, billing address, available funds, and any bank approval step are correct. Before trying again, make sure no charge is pending. If the seller's checkout still fails, contact the seller or your bank; Flaut.Travel cannot see why your payment was declined.

First allow 15–30 minutes for the confirmation; in some cases ticket issuance takes up to 24 hours. Check whether the charge is pending or completed and look in your inbox, spam folder, and booking status. Do not pay again while the status is unclear. If 24 hours have passed, or your flight departs within 24 hours, contact the seller with the payment date, amount, and order reference. If the seller cannot locate the payment, ask your bank for help. Never send full card details by email.
