Founded in 2006, Caribbean Airlines is the state-owned flag carrier of Trinidad and Tobago, operating a regional fleet serving the Caribbean, parts of North and South America and select longer sectors. Advantages include a focused regional route network, competitive pricing for trans-Caribbean connections and full-service amenities on many routes. Disadvantages are periodic punctuality and disruption issues and mixed customer-service reviews compared with larger international carriers.
