Founded in 2002, Bulgaria Air is Bulgaria’s flag carrier offering full-service short- and medium-haul flights across Europe and domestic routes. Advantages include competitive fares, solid regional connectivity and generally professional onboard service with economy and business seating; disadvantages are a limited long-haul network, smaller fleet and frequency compared with larger rivals, and occasional punctuality variability. It is not a low-cost carrier, and there is no current Skytrax rating listed.
