PAL Express (2P) permits 1 small personal item in addition to your standard carry‑on. For smooth boarding, keep it to 3 kg (7 lb) and sized to fit under the seat, about 40 × 30 × 15 cm (16 × 12 × 6 in). A second personal item isn’t sold as a separate allowance; if you bring one, it’s usually checked at the gate and charged as excess baggage, typically around $60 (varies by route).

PAL Express (2P) permits 1 standard carry-on bag up to 7 kg (15 lb) with maximum dimensions 56 × 36 × 23 cm (22 × 14 × 9 in); you may also bring up to 2 small personal items. Extra carry-on bags are not allowed—any additional item must be checked and will incur an excess-baggage gate fee, typically $75+ (route-dependent).

PAL Express (2P) applies Philippine Airlines’ weight concept for checked baggage: you may check an unlimited number of bags within your free allowance (typically 20 kg in Economy and 30 kg in Business); each piece must not exceed 158 cm in total dimensions and 32 kg per piece. Extra/overweight baggage is charged by weight, starting from about USD $6 per kg (route- and sector-dependent, higher on international connections).
