Baggage Rules of Hesa Airlines

Luggage
Hesa Airlines allows checked baggage for all flights. The weight limit for each passenger's luggage depends on the travel fare. Economy class passengers can check up to 23 kg of luggage, while Business class travelers can check up to 32 kg. Hesa Airlines does not allow any single piece of luggage that weighs more than 32 kg. Passengers can purchase additional baggage allowance at a reasonable cost.
Hand Baggage
Passengers are permitted to carry one piece of hand baggage. Dimensions of the hand baggage should not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm and must not weigh more than 8 kg. In addition to one piece of hand luggage, passengers are allowed to bring one personal item such as a handbag or briefcase with them onboard. These smaller items must be stowed under the seat or in the overhead compartment.
Excess or Overweight Baggage
In case a passenger's checked baggage exceeds the permitted weight limit, it will be considered as overweight baggage, and they will be charged a fee. If the baggage is still overweight, then the airline will not transport it. Similarly, if a passenger's checked baggage exceeds the permitted number of bags, they will also be charged an excess baggage fee.
