Port Lincoln Airport

Port Lincoln Airport (PLO) opened in the 1930s and is a compact regional airport with a single passenger terminal serving South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula; it’s the main air link for Port Lincoln and surrounding coastal towns. Though small, the airport is important for tourism, seafood exports and business travel, with regular flights to Adelaide and charter services. It’s an easy 10–15 minute drive from Port Lincoln’s town centre with taxis, car hire and occasional shuttle or coach connections to nearby communities. Fares are typically affordable for regional routes, and carriers include Regional Express (Rex), QantasLink and various charter operators.
