Located about 6 km west of Adelaide CBD, the airport is well connected by Adelaide Metro bus services and shuttle links, with taxis, ride-share and car hire readily available—note there’s no direct rail link. Generally considered more affordable for flights and parking than larger Australian capitals, ADL is a base or focus city for carriers such as Jetstar and Rex while Qantas and Virgin Australia run extensive services.
