Pagadian Airport

Pagadian Airport, opened in the 1960s, is a single‑terminal regional airport serving Pagadian City and the Zamboanga Peninsula. Modest in size but important locally, it handles mainly domestic turboprop services and occasional jet rotations, acting as the primary gateway for travelers bound for nearby beaches and inland towns. The airport is easy to reach with a short car ride from the city center and regular jeepney, tricycle and taxi connections, plus bus links to neighboring provinces. Fares are generally affordable thanks to regular domestic schedules and regional carriers; it is not a major hub but is served by Philippine Airlines and other regional operators.
