Scoot was founded in 2011 as a low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines and focuses on medium- and long-haul budget travel from Singapore. The carrier benefits from competitive fares, an expanding network across Asia, Australia and select long-haul routes, a modern mixed fleet including Boeing 787s and A320-family aircraft, and an optional ScootPlus cabin for more comfort.
