Zaporozhye Airport

Zaporizhzhia International Airport is the main gateway to southeastern Ukraine, originally established in the 1940s and operating from a single passenger terminal that handles domestic and limited international services; it’s a medium-sized regional airport important for travel across Zaporizhzhia Oblast and nearby industrial centers. The airport lies roughly 10–15 km from the city center and is reachable by regular bus and shuttle services, taxis and straightforward road links, making transfers convenient for budget-minded travelers. Generally regarded as affordable compared with larger hubs, it has long hosted regional carrier Motor Sich and scheduled flights from Ukraine International, with charter and low-cost operators appearing seasonally.
