Lethbridge Airport

Lethbridge Airport, opened in 1939, is a compact regional gateway serving southern Alberta and the city of Lethbridge from a single passenger terminal. As the primary airport for the region, it handles scheduled domestic flights, charter services and medevac operations, offering convenient connections to larger hubs. Located about 11 km east of downtown via Highway 3, the airport is reachable by car, taxis, rideshares, limited shuttle services and on-site car rentals. Travelers will find easy parking and short security waits; fares are generally affordable for short domestic hops but can be higher than major hubs due to limited competition. It isn’t a major airline hub, instead hosting regional carriers and charter operators.
