Kasane Airport

Kasane Airport (BBK), originally opened in the 1970s, is a compact regional airport with a single small terminal that serves as the main gateway to Chobe National Park and nearby Victoria Falls. Though modest in size, Kasane plays an important role for safari-bound travelers and regional connections, with scheduled services from carriers like Airlink and Air Botswana and a number of charter operators such as Mack Air and Wilderness Air using it as a base. The airport is a short drive from Kasane town and linked by taxis, lodge shuttles and private transfers to border posts and parks. Due to strong safari demand, flights can be pricier than larger hubs, though occasional seasonal deals and charter options help budget-minded travelers find value.
