Kangiqsujuaq Airport in Nunavik, Quebec opened in the early 1970s and operates from a single small terminal, serving as a compact but vital regional air hub for Wakeham Bay and nearby Inuit communities. The airport’s modest size makes it easy to navigate while supporting scheduled and charter services that link Kangiqsujuaq to other Nunavik centres and to Montreal for onward connections. There are no road links to southern Quebec, so access is primarily by air with local taxis and short on-site transfers available.
