Located roughly 8–15 km from Preveza and 20–30 km from Lefkada, the airport is well connected by regional buses, regular shuttle services, taxis and car rental—plus easy road links to coastal resorts. Not a major airline hub, PVK hosts seasonal services from Aegean, Ryanair, Jet2 and charter carriers like TUI and Volotea, and is generally considered affordable for travelers, especially outside peak summer weeks.
