A.B. Won Pat International Airport

A.B. Won Pat International Airport traces its roots to the 1940s with a modern international terminal developed in the postwar decades and was officially renamed for Guam’s first delegate, A.B. Won Pat, in 1997. The airport operates a single passenger terminal with two concourses and serves as Guam’s main gateway to Micronesia and the wider Pacific, handling regional and long-haul flights to Asia and the U.S. West Coast. Located in Tamuning, roughly a 10–15 minute drive from Hagåtña and Tumon, it’s well connected by public buses, shuttles, taxis and rental cars. Amenities and parking are generally moderately priced compared with U.S. mainland hubs. While not a major airline hub, it is a key stop for carriers including United, Delta, Korean Air, Japan Airlines and Philippine Airlines.
