Ign Agramonte International Airport

Ignacio Agramonte International Airport (IATA: CMW), serving Camagüey, Cuba, opened in the mid-20th century (around the 1950s) and operates from one main passenger terminal with separate domestic and international concourses. As a mid-size regional international airport, CMW is the gateway to central-eastern Cuba and an important stop for holiday charters and scheduled services. The airport sits roughly 10–15 km from Camagüey city center and is linked by taxis, shuttle vans and regional buses to nearby cities and resorts on the Carretera Central. Generally more affordable than larger Caribbean hubs, it hosts regular Cubana de Aviación services and seasonal charters from Canadian carriers such as Sunwing and Air Transat.
