Argyle International Airport opened in 2017 and features a single, modern terminal that serves as the primary international gateway for St. Vincent and the Grenadines, handling larger turboprops and jet services that previously could not reach smaller airstrips. Located in Argyle and roughly a 20–30 minute drive from the capital Kingstown, the airport offers taxis, car hire, shuttle transfers and easy onward connections to ferry terminals for the Grenadines. Generally affordable to use with modest parking and taxi fares, travelers should expect island routes to sometimes carry higher ticket prices. Argyle is a base for regional carriers such as SVG Air and Mustique Airways, with other international and charter operators providing seasonal links.
