Founded in 1991, Severstal Air is a regional Russian carrier based in Cherepovets and historically linked to the Severstal steel company, operating domestic services to Moscow and several regional centers. Advantages include a focused regional network, corporate backing and generally competitive fares compared with major carriers on the same sectors.
